All classes offer modifications & progressions to ensure everyone can work at the right level for them.

All classes are included in monthly Memberships,  online classes can be booked individually.

On Location ( live classes ) & the membership channels are exclusively for members.

RESTORATIVE PILATES

Focus on letting go with Restorative Pilates. Clients describe this session as the perfect end to their week. Develop body awareness and a sense of calm through gentle movement, relaxation and breathwork. We mindfully move through each movement using the breath to encourage deeper relaxation listening to the body developing awareness.

This popular class is low impact and pelvic floor friendly by design. With variety being the spice of life, each week is different in style and through the use of small equipment that can be replicated with household items. Technique focussed delivering confidence in movement. 
Welcoming all ages/shapes/sizes/abilities with a smile. We move because it feels great. No experience or fitness level required.

MODIFIED PILATES

Modified Pilates guides each client towards coordination of breath and movement through appropriate challenge.
We mindfully move through a range of movements activating and releasing each area of the body.
Sessions are planned to be suitable for a wide range of need and can accommodate most conditions. The Monday session is aimed towards beginners/improvers and is generally suitable for clients with osteoarthritis, pelvic health dysfunction. The Thursday session is aimed at improvers but welcomes experienced beginners with good body awareness.

This class focuses on teasing out the body, promoting alignment and stability. Well planned sessions are suitable for a wide range of need and can accommodate most conditions.
We mindfully move through each movement developing technique while listening to the body developing awareness.
Sessions are planned to be suitable for a wide range of need and can accommodate most conditions while promoting alignment, stability and posture. Suitable for seniors and those recovering from surgery.
