RESTORATIVE PILATES

Focus on letting go with Restorative Pilates. Clients describe this session as the perfect end to their week. Develop body awareness and a sense of calm through gentle movement, relaxation and breathwork. All classes are interactive and live-streamed via Zoom.

This popular class is low impact and pelvic floor friendly by design. With variety being the spice of life, each week is different in style and through the use of small equipment that can be replicated with household items.  Welcoming friendly faces of all ages.
