Before you come to class please take a moment to read the following.

 

It is important we follow these simple steps to keep each other safe.

​

Please bring your own set of equipment - 

Mat, Band, Pilates Ball, Weighted Balls, Prickle Ball

 

Please wear a mask prior to entering the building until you reach your mat space. If you wish to remove your mask through the session, while socially distanced on your mat, you are free to do so.

 

Please wash your hands with soap or sanitise your hands with gel on arrival.

 

Place your mat and yourself at least 2 meters from others at all times.

 

Please wash your hands with soap or sanitise your hands with gel on departure.

 

Please do not attend class with;

A raised temperature

Unexplained or new fatigue

Headache

Cough

or any symptom of feeling unwell.

 

Please be aware that anyone displaying signs of symptoms will be respectfully asked to leave the session.

As you can appreciate our safety and wellbeing is paramount.
