Staying strong enough to enjoy the life we want to lead means that we need to keep moving in lot's of different ways. It is as simple as that. CoreFit classes welcome women of all ages including Postnatal women, women that are going through Menopause as well as any women that wants to move appropriately for her body with deep respect for her long term pelvic floor health. This is a non jump class that challenges the total body with mindful movement.

You will be taught to use a variety of small equipment, with confidence so that you can enjoy the class with and develop great technique. CoreFit is based around a circuit style class, which we mix it up with partner work and group work, so the time flies by.
If you are wondering if you are 'good' enough, 'fit ' enough, the 'right shape or size' please stop right there. Many clients felt the same before they stepped through the door, and now they love it. Come to class and feel the group support as we all work towards our own goals, laughing, sweating, puffing and chatting, this is more than exercise.
