As we age it is more important than ever to keep moving  and improve your total health. These classes attract Postnatal women, and women that are going through Menopause as well as any women that has deep respect for her pelvic floor. This is a non jump class that challenges the total body with mindful movement.

You will be taught to use a variety of small equipment,  safely so that you can enjoy the class with confidence in your own technique. It runs a circuit style class, and we mix it up with  partner work and group work, so the time flies by.

Eventually you will need a pair of dumbbells, between 1-2 kg each and a mat but I usually have a couple sets available to borrow for newcomers so please don't worry to start with.
