You will receive login details to the online homework portal with videos to get you started.
We will meet once a week for your 6 live classes of movement & education.
I will guide you through, the program, encouraging you to eat 'real food', and providing lifestyle tips to improve your total health via a closed Facebook group & Whats App.
This is a 12 week program & you will need to complete your online 20 min homework, 3-4 x a week long, guided by Jenny Burrell, the programme creator.
As your strength and co-ordination improves, the exercises progress.
After 6 weeks you will have results, and there is the option to move on to the online phase, where the exercises become more challenging.
