If you have received a GP referral or been advised by a medical professional, or if you are working with injury or disability, it is advisable to book a private session before you book into a class. This is the safest way to start developing great technique and I would always recommend this route.
During our 60 minute session we will have time to discuss any specific medical information and your goals. We will then plan your movement program, and I will give you homework suggestions that will be achievable during your week.
Some clients have one private session, and then join a class, others come straight to a class, it all depends on your situation and requirements. Many clients choose to continue until they feel more confident in their own ability to join in with a group.

Personal training takes place at The Breathing Space®, Brewery Square, Dorchester, Dorset. It may be possible to book a session at your own home if mobility is a concern. Please email me to discuss this option.
