Sports massage supports all the coaching services that I offer. It is a great way for us to get to know your body, and once it is released and functioning well, we can train for strength .

Sports massage works by stimulating  the nervous system to relax deep muscles, therefore it does not need ot be painful to be beneficial. Clients are always supervised at how ailments can be resolved without pain.
