There are pilates and fitness classes, workshops and retreats during the holidays, these are not included in the annual packages, and are open to anyone who would like to maintain their wellbeing in Dorset.
These are advertised nearer the time via the newsletter and Facebook.
Dates may be subject to slight change in the event of illness or family life but I try to keep to the pain where possible.
